Executive Council discussed education reality with concerned committees

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Democratic Autonomous and Civil  Administration of North and East Syria bodies of North and East Syria, the joint presidency of the Executive Council, Berîvan Khaled and Abdul Hamid Al-Muhbash and the joint presidency of the Culture Body and the 7 Democratic Autonomous and Civil Administration of North and East Syria, the participants discussed the reality of the cultural and artistic movement, archaeological and tourist sites, how to protect them, and restore and rehabilitate them again.

The participants discussed the tourist facilities in the north and east of Syria and how to activate them, and make them an extension of the economy of the region.

The cultural, artistic situation and events of each committee were heard to emphasize the need to activate these activities to promote cultural reality in the region.

As for the Antiquities Committees, the importance of following up and retrieving stolen artifacts that were sold outside Syrian territory, which is a Syrian cultural and civilizational heritage, was discussed.

The meeting resulted in forming a seven-member committee out of the seven committees of the Autonomous Administration and Civil Administrations, to formulate a unified rules of procedures for the Culture Body to be followed.

At the end of their meeting, the participants set a date for a regular monthly meeting of the commission and the committees it represents in the seven administrations, with a view to continuing the work.

The Culture Body in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria combines the fields of "culture, art, archeology, tourism".
