Clashes between Turkish army, mercenaries left dead, wounded in Afrin

Violent clashes broke out between the Turkish occupation army and a number of mercenary gangs in Afrin city center since early morning hours, after the Turkish occupation army ordered the mercenaries of Ahrar al-Sharqiyah and Shetat to leave the city.

The elements of the Turkish occupation army on the one hand and the mercenary elements on the other, deployed throughout the streets of Afrin city, in particular in Newroz Roundabout in Rajo Road, al-Vilat Road and Afrin al-Qadima Neighborhood.

According to a local source, militants are deployed throughout the city with heavy weapons, and a number of mercenaries were killed and wounded as a result of the clashes between the two parties.

On the other hand, websites and pages on Telegram published pictures and clips of a side of the clashes between mercenaries, which show the spread of bodies on the sidewalks and in the middle of the streets.

The clashes continue until this date, as the curfew continues, and the exit and entrances to the city of Afrin have been closed, amid a state of fear and panic among civilians.
