The Initial Response Team in al-Raqqa city is one of the most important existing institutions of al-Raqqa Civil Council, which was established at the beginning of this year, specifically on 9/1/2018.

In the domain of rescue and ambulance,247 rescue cases were supervised by the team , The fire team also intervened to put out 173 fires, including huge fires caused by explosions and mines.

While diving team recovered 32 corpses of people who drowned in the Euphrates River and some channels of large irrigation water.
