Executive Council's meeting revolved around forming committee, improving service reality

The Executive Council and the Local Body in the Democratic Autonomous Administrating of North and East Syria formed a committee to set up rules of procedures to be operated by the Local Administration committees in the seven civil and autonomous administrations, the need to improve the service reality and provide the best services to the people of the region was emphasized during a meeting.

The Executive Body of the Autonomous Administration in North and East of Syria held a meeting with municipal bodies and committees in the seven autonomous and civil administrations in north and east of Syria.

The meeting, which was held at the headquarters of bodies of Autonomous Administration in North and East of Syria in Ain Issa district, was attended by the joint presidency of the Executive Council, Abed Hamid al-Mehbash and Berîvan Khaled, the joint presidency of the Local Administration Body of municipal bodies and committees in the seven autonomous and civil administrations in north and east of Syria Joseph Lehdou and Medea Buzan.

The meeting focused on the need to improve the service reality of these bodies and committees for the best, to provide the best services to the people in the region (municipal services, water, sanitation, bakeries, urban organization, as well as the prevention of infringements on public property.)

The participants agreed on the need to organize periodic monthly meetings in the seven administrations to coordinate the work.

During the meeting, the participants formed a seven-member committee where each individual administration to develop the rules of procedures of the Local Administration Body.
