Martyrs bid farewell, others’ record declared in al-Hasakah

The mourners received the corpses of the martyrs Ahmed Khelef; the nom de guerre is Xebat, Muhib Mohammed; the nom de guerre is Mêrxas and Hemed Khuleif; the nom de guerre is Agîd who martyred during their participation in the last stage of al-Jazeera Tempest campaign within the battle to defeat terrorism in front of the Martyrs’ Families Council, and they headed towards the Martyr Dijwar Cemetery in al-Dawoodiya village.

At the shrine, the mourners held a minute of silence in conjunction with a military parade performed by the fighters of the People and Women Protection Units (YPG, YPJ). After which, speeches were delivered on behalf of the Martyrs’ Families Council by the administrator Ibrahim Hassen, on behalf of the military forces delivered by the commander Shiyar Hasakah and a speech on behalf of al-Hasakah canton’s council delivered by Ahmed Ayo.

The speeches offered condolences to the martyrs’ families and wished them patience and solace. They also stated that the martyrs sacrificed in order to liberate the land from the abomination of terrorism, to protect their people and remove injustice.

The speeches also vowed to continue the struggle till victory is achieved. Shiyar Hasakah said, “We will follow the footsteps of the martyrs until freedom is achieved for our people, and we will continue eliminating terrorism from the area.”

Then, the martyrs ' documents were read and handed over to their families. Furthermore, he Martyrs’ Families Council also announced the record of three martyrs in the ranks of the Military Discipline Units who were martyred in the battle to defeat terrorism, and they are Ahmed Aboud; the nom de guerre is Serhed, Salah Khalil whose nom de guerre is Dilyar and the martyr Xidir al-Nemis whose nom de guerre is Ali Şêr.

Then, the corpses of the three martyrs were buried in the Martyr Dijwar Cemetery amid the the slogans that glorify the martyrs.
