The journalists talks came days after Turkish authorities arrested more than 100 Kurdish politicians and journalists in several cities in Turkey and northern Kurdistan on October 9, in interviews with ANHA agency reporter.

The Kurdish journalist Lazgin Mohammed, said, "the Turkish state seeks, by arresting journalists, to conceal the facts of the internal crisis it is experiencing. The Turkish authorities, through these policies, want to gain more time to protect themselves from collapse."

Lazgin added,"Under the pretext of the attempted coup in Turkey in mid-2016 and the imposition of the emergency law, the political authorities and the Kurdish journalists are arrested by Turkey, which is practicing a dictatorship against all those who call for democracy and freedom, which is a crime in Turkey."

While the journalist Jamal Bali said, "the Justice and Development government will not reach its goal by arresting journalists and preventing others coming from abroad to cross into northern Syria to show the facts of the northern Syrian revolution. Erdogan must know that he will not succeed and will not be able to suppress and silence the voice of truth."

He added,"a few days later, we are witnessing the first anniversary of the martyrdom of journalist Dilishan Aybesh, who was martyred by a car bomb sent by IS. In Turkey, journalists are arrested if they show the true face of Turkey's crises."
