People of Afrin: Plot will fail with continuing struggle

09 October marks the 20th anniversary of the departure of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan from Syria, to begin the international conspiracy against him.

The people of Afrin canton whom were enforced to go out of their homes after the Turkish aggression towards al-Shahba canton, denounced the international conspiracy against Ocalan.

"After the threats emanating from several countries and the Turkish crowds on the Syrian border, Ocalan left Syria to prevent the bloodshed in this area," the citizen Jamil Hamo said.

For his part, Mohammed Hasan denounced the international conspiracy against Abdullah Ocalan, and said, "This plot aimed primarily to limit the Kurdish struggle at the time, they wanted to put the ideology of the leader in the service of capitalism, but the leader did not get dragged behind their actions, and made Imrali prison a source of ideology and freedom"

"Where are the human rights organizations, do not you see the position of the leader or are they condoning? Those organizations and countries serve capitalism so they do not move."

Farid Hamo said that the Kurdish struggle was at its peak in the 1990s. "As a result of the high level of the Kurdish struggle, the hostile countries wanted to strike the struggle. The international conspiracy was carried out and the leader was arrested, but the Kurdish struggle did not stop but increased to stand in front of conspiracies and inevitably the conspiracies will fail and will not achieve its objectives.
