Young women denounced international conspiracy against Ocalan

QAMISHLO

The Young Women Union in al-Jazeera region organized an event at the Mohammed Sheikho Center for Culture and Art in Qamishlo city, to denounce the international plot that has affected Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The events included a documentary film about the international plot and the parties involved. Followed by reading the text of the message sent by the fighter Zeinab Kanaji (Zilan) to Ocalan before carrying out a gurilla operation to protest the international conspiracy.

A statement issued by Young Women Union in this regard was read during the event.

The statement included:

 "In the current circumstances in the Middle East and in the context of conflicts aimed at geographical and moral domination of societies, the rights of nations, the sacrifice of freedoms and the enslavement of women as a means of serving men, women have subjected to injustice, oppression and denial, .

"We, as the Young Women Union, strongly join the initiative of the Middle East Youth Conference and call on all women's groups and organizations, especially young women, to join this initiative."
