The Guardian published an article written by journalist and writer Avwa Hersh on experimental science and women's share in it, saying that science is not exclusive to men.

The writer denounced the statement of physicist Alessandro Stromia of the Nuclear Physics Research Center in Geneva, who claimed that women had no contribution to the physical sciences. Avwa Hersh said that women have played a major role in the development of science and discovery, and have been deprived of recognition of their efforts in contrast to their male colleagues.
