"First Criminal Court decision is unjust decision"

Mahmoud Hamdak confirmed that the decision of the First Criminal Court is unjust and aims to break the will of the people who believed in the ideology of Ocalan, appealing to the humanitarian organizations to intervene to release Ocalan.

The Turkish state imposed severe isolation on the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan and prevent his family and lawyers from meeting him, while the first criminal court in Borsa has been preventing the meeting of the leader strictly for six months on 16 September, and in this regard the head of the Syrian Democratic National Alliance Party in al-Shahba canton Mahmoud Hamdak has met wiith ANHA agency, he pointed out that this isolation is the result of fear of the Turkish occupation state of the ideology of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan aimed at the liberation of all peoples in Middle East.

The decision of the First Criminal Court is unjust

Hamdak pointed out that the decision of the First Criminal Court of tightening the isolation of Ocalan is unjust and aims to exclude him from the events and developments that are taking place in the arena, and this shows the increasing fear of his ideology, which includes all positive solutions to all the obstacles facing the peoples in Middle East.

Hamdak stressed that the ideology of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan benefits all peoples in Middle East, so the Turkish state resorted to the imposition of strict isolation.

Millions followed Ocalan's approach

Hamdak noted that after the revolution of Rojava, millions and all the people of North Syria followed Ocalan's approach, because they realized that their freedom was summed up in his ideology, which sought to extricate themselves from authoritarian regimes and build a democratic society based on peoples' brotherhood and co-existence.

"The isolation of the leader is to strike peace and democracy in the region and to break the will of the people who believed in his ideology and philosophy," Hamdak said.

Hamdak appealed at the end of his speech to international and humanitarian organizations to intervene quickly to lift the isolation imposed on the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan and release him.
