Aisha Hassou: Liberation of Afrin is one of our party's priorities

PYD held a meeting for its members at the Culture and Art Center in al-Darbasiya district of al-Hasakah canton on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of PYD's founding .

The meeting began with holding a minute of silence. Then the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party, Aisha Hassou, spoke about the latest developments in the Syrian arena.

Aisha said, "We work day and night to liberate Afrin and we are working on all levels to liberate Afrin from the Turkish occupation."

Aisha pointed out during her speech that "the liberation of Afrin will be soon, and this is due to the will of our resistance, which is struggling at all levels."

She added ,"What we have seen since the start of the revolution of Rojava attacks is a dirty conspiracy and policies that are being waged against our people, and all the regional countries seek to preserve their interests at the expense of the Syrian people."

Aisha Hassou, praised the party's role in organizing the people from all sides of life and stressed that their party played an important role during the Syrian crisis.

The meeting concluded by talking about the party's organizational situation and listening to the audience's views on the mechanism of the party's future work.
