Hisham al-Afshari: Syria became integrated basket for players' interests

As for the interests of Iran, he said: Here lies some of the dilemma, perhaps Iran will achieve cultural interests as it was before 2011, and nothing more, and the Russians have the greatest interest in Syria as a guardianship of a UN mandate through a resolution will mature after the balance of the Kurdish dilemma, and the form of Syria whether it is a central or a decentralized state.

As for the Kurdish issue in Syria, it will be the place of discussion through dialogues with the Syrian state in the future.

As for the interests of Turkey in Idlib and its attempt to stay within those areas, Hisham said: "Turkey has no interest in staying militarily in Idlib, its goal, as I mentioned above, has achieved some, especially with regard to the Kurdish issue, and there is only a small part left to return all territory to the Syrian state, and then publicly relinquish those papers and tools in the event that matters lead to the interests of Turkey and the departure of Iran and its militias from the entire Syrian territory. "

Hisham added: "If the countries do not agree with Russia, Turkey and Iran on the fate of Idlib, there is a mandate of senior guardians, led by America and Israel and the European Union implicitly, commissioned the Russians on the Syrian issue as a whole to be the leading guardianship on the whole Syrian issue until the return of stability to Syria in general during the coming months, the decision of the United Nations to ensure the restoration of stability and the elimination of political Islamism, both Shiite and Sunni, because it led to the support of those to the potential explosion of the area and the world as a whole, the decision was taken in 2016, as the return of stability and the cessation of support for those armed gangs.

Hisham stressed that the battle of Idlib is inevitable and that the decision to go into battle has already taken place.
