New administration is a memorandum of understanding between administrations to unify their decisions

Hawar news agency (ANHA) held interview with the Legislative Council of the Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij and its countryside Farouk al-Mashi and Sheikhof al-Braj clan in al-Raqqa city  Amir al-Khabour about the meeting held by the Syrian Democratic Council in Ain Issa district, Through which was established autonomous administration for north and east Syria.

"Autonomous Administration in the north and east of Syria is a memorandum of understanding and coordination between Democratic Autonomous Administrartion DAA  and local administrations in the north and east of Syria, and will benefit from the development of the service field in the north and east of Syria," said the Co-chair of the Legislative Council of the Democratic Civil Administration of Manbig and its countryside Farouk al-Mashi.

Al-Mashi affirmed that they believe in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the north and east of Syria and wished them success in their future work and to exercise their work with every national spirit to serve the region and the people.

Sheikh of Aal-Bureij clan in al-Raqqa and one of the representatives of the people of al-Raqqa within autonomous administration in the north and east of Syria, Sheikh Amir al-Khabour, said in turn "for this new administration is the unification of the decisions of the legislative councils in the local and autonomous administrations and the formation of a general council of all legislative councils to unify decisions."

"For the city ofal- Raqqa is the most Syrian provinces that have suffered from the injustice of  IS mercenaries and our goal in this new administration to provide all services to the people of al-Raqqa in order to rebuild the city again and restore the luster of life to it."

Sheikh Amir wished success to  autonomous administrastion in the north and east of Syria. "We, like clans' notables ofal-Raqqa , salute this administration and wish it lasting success in achieving its objectives aimed at providing services to the community in northern and eastern Syria in general.
