Al-Shibli: Turkey will sell Idlib , control of regime will end the outputs of Geneva, Astana

Hawar news agency (ANHA) held an interview with a member of the presidential body of the Syrian Democratic Council SDC in Aleppo Mari al-Shibli, where he highlighted the crisis in the province of Idlib, northwest Syria.

Al-Shibli said at the start of his speech that the Turkish and Russian sides were exchanging views on Idlib, where Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawishoglu said they could not control or protect terrorist groups in Idlib.

Al-Shibli stressed that the regime would not accept negotiations with groups affiliated with the opposition "because it controlled most of the areas under their control." Pointing out that the withdrawal from Aleppo was the starting point after a Turkish-Russian swap.

Al-Shibli said that Erdogan had shown on the media that Aleppo was a red line for him, "but the regime regained control of Aleppo in exchange for allowing them to occupy Jarablus, al-Bab and Azaz."

And added "The region will witness a second sale and the place is Idlib," said Shibli.
