Mohammad Ali focused on the recent political negotiations between the council and the Syrian regime, especially after the spread of rumors of the approval of the entry of military forces and the establishment of security squares in the city and Deir ez-Zor and al-Tabqa, and thus Muhammad Ali explained in his speech, what happened in Damascus " To accept their proposal without any preconditions, there was a need to discuss some service matters such as electricity and other service matters, and the dam was one of the most important discussions.

Mohammed Ali pointed out that what the media and sites hostile to us circulated about the handing over of territories to the Syrian regime, aimed at spreading sedition.

 Then the discussion opened to the audience to inquire and ask questions as the participants focused on the region and emphasized the need to improve the social reality in the region.
