70 children from Tal Hamis preparing to participate in Al-Jazeera Children's Festival

The festival is scheduled to start in early September under the auspices of the Democratic Culture and Art movement in al-Jazeera region, in Rmaylan1 district, with the participation of all cultural centers in the regions and towns of the region

The Cultural Center has expanded the cultural space and transferred it to the community, to convey the culture message of each component and to involve all sectors of the community living in the district and the countryside in this center.

"We have carried out awareness campaigns on the people, and published leaflets and advertisements to attract children and talents for their development, a large part of the children were attracted to the center from the neighboring villages," Sayel al-Mukhlef the administrator in the cultural center of Tal Hamis district said.

"The children, with the help of the trainers in the various fields of theater, music, drawing, folk rings and spinning, have become well-versed, we can choose among them teams to participate in the festival which will be held in Rmaylan city."

"The cultural center has prepared groups of 15 children, each participating in the theater, spinning and weaving for girls, children's singing teams, dancing for the original Arab heritage, drawing and poetry band." More than 120 children were selected, 70 children were chosen to participate in Rmaylan Festival.

The cultural center in Tel Hamis opened on 16 May, during a concert with various cultural and artistic performances.
