The director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Rami Abdul Rahman said, "Syrian and Russian warplanes have been targeting all the day the position under the control of a faction loyal to IS in southwest countryside of Daraa, killing 26 civilians, including 11 children, and dozens of wounded."

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, hundreds of air raids and explosive barrels targeted Hawd (Basin) al-Yarmouk area which is controlled by the mercenaries of Khalid bin al-Waleed, as several towns and villages, including Tasil, Heit, Sehem al-Jolan and al-Shejra were shelled as well.

After the regime managed to control more than 90% of Daraa within the framework of the settlement agreement, only the position under the control of IS remained to control the entire city.
