March in Aleppo against Turkish occupation

Hundreds of Aleppo people gathered to support Afrin people, calling for the uprising against the mercenaries of the Turkish army occupation, stressing at the same time that the will of women will serve as role models for future generations to give lessons on the struggle and resistance during a march organized by Kongra Star on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Zîlan Kenaji martyrdom.

On the 22nd anniversary of the martyrdom of the fighter Zîlan, Kongra Star in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood organized a march in front of Kongra Star Center in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood and toured the streets of the neighborhood, in which all the components of the neighborhood participated from Arabs, Kurds, Christians and others.

The voices of the participants in the march raised and pledged to struggle and resist until the liberation of Afrin and its people from the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

While the march arrived the Martyrs Square, a speech was delivered on behalf of the Democratic Syrian Council by the administrator in the Women's Bureau in Aleppo, Misa Taji, she pointed out that the women's ability to resist and confront the Turkish occupation was not present in Afrin only. Afrin's women extended their strength from the struggler martyr Zîlan and her companions, and continued by saying: "We said our word and no return, Either Victory or Victory."

Missa concluded by appealing to all the honorable people of the world to join the ranks of the Resistance of the Age to support the right and end the occupation of Turkey and its mercenaries to Afrin and return its people to their homes.

Furthermore, the march ended with the slogans that called to revolt against the Turkish occupation and saluted the resistance of Afrin people.
