Kurdish Leftist Party: Turkey targets all Kurdistan people ,not only PKK

The Kurdish Leftist Party in Syria issued a statement to the public opinion today, denounced the practices of the Turkish state towards the Kurdish people and all the peoples of the region.

The text of the statement

The practices of the Turkish state are increasing more and more in terms of the political, economic and military forms against Kurdish people, as well as the support for terrorist gangs such as IS, Jabhat al-Nousra and others. And logistical assistance, such as during its attack on Serê Kaniyê and Kobanî, or by its direct intervention with the participation of the so-called Free Army, as happened during its occupation of Afrin.

Turkey, which acts out of its policy to restore the Ottoman Sultanate, does not hide this strategy and considers all the Syrian north, Mosul, Kirkuk and Şangal Ottoman property, and therefore it threatens all these areas, either by creating strife between its components and social fabric, or by the use of brute military force, Its occupation of Afrin according to international deals and regional immoral, to go further, and that is why we find it renewed threats against the whole of the Syrian north at the time it intervened militarily and directly in Iraqi Kurdistan with a depth of 30 km, declaring that it will attack Qandil Mountains and all sites of the PKK to eliminate what it calls terrorism!

We in the Kurdish leftist party in Syria express our full confidence in the ability of our people to repel this new Ottoman invasion and defeat it and thwart the Turkish criminal schemes. We condemn all its aggressive practices towards the Kurdish people and peoples of region.

The main factor in defeat this criminal policy is the unity of all the peoples of the North Syria, and the unity of the Kurdish people, not only in the Kurdistan region, but in all parts of Kurdistan.
