Continuing to equip of martyr Raghib Shrine in Tel- Hamis

The shrine of "Martyr Raghib al-Attiyah", which was founded on 13 August 2017, is located in al-Salhiya Qarbi in Tel-Hamis district, including 37 tombs for martyrs of People and Women Protection Units(YPG,YPJ) and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The technical workshops are currently building a wall around 725 meter long and two meters high. The workshop is also preparing for the construction of a reception hall and a platform for martyrs in the center of the shrine, in addition to a number of rooms.

In addition, People's Municipality has planted 74 forest trees in the shrine, and has erected 11 columns to supply lamps to light the shrine. According to People's Municipality, electricity will be supplied to the shrine during the coming week.

To water trees and secure water for the shrine, Martyrs Families' Council dug a well in the shrine.

The renovation of the shrine of the martyr "Raghib al-Attiyah", according to supervisors of the restoration, aims to decorate the shrine of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in order to liberate the homeland from terrorism and defend it.

Supervisors also reported that the restoration will last about 5 months.

It is noteworthy that "Martyr Raghib al-Attiyah" is fighter in People Protection Units (YPG) from Tel-Hamis district's children, martyred in early August 2017 during his participation in the campaign to liberate al-Raqqa city from Islamic State's gangs the first martyr to be buried in the Martyrs' shrine in the district.
