Absentia ceremony for martyr Demhat Koçer

The civil society institutions, political parties and all components of Dêrik area participated in the absentia ceremony. The ceremony began with a military parade performed by the fighters of the Self-Defense Forces in honor of the martyr.

After performing the military parade, the commander of the People Protection Units Muhiuddin Kheirki said, "We bow to the sacrifices made by the martyrs and offer condolences to their families and our people."

In his turn, Saeed Sipan spoke on behalf of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM|) and said, "The regional and occupying countries' goals are to achieve their interests, and to eliminate the liberation movements, in addition to standing against the peoples’ will.

After delivering the speeches, the martyr’s document was read by the administrator in the Martyrs’ Families Council in Girkê Legê Qehrman Mohammed, and the document was delivered to the martyr's family.
