Out of humanity, a pediatrician headed to al-Shahba voluntarily

To provide treatment for the children of Afrin, who were injured by the Turkish occupation army attacks and shelling, Marino has come, along with treatment equipment, and now he is treating the children in the center of the Kurdish Red Crescent voluntarily, for free.

Marino said he has come to treat the children and see what the Turkish occupation army has done with the children.

My comrades doctors would like to come

He noted that his colleagues in Canada and Britain would like to come to al-Shahba canton to provide treatment and support to the people of Afrin who were enforced to go out of their homes in Afrin as a result of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, "but because of poor conditions in Syria it is difficult for them to come."

Marino thanked the Kurdish Red Crescent for its efforts in providing treatment, and they have the responsibility of treating wounded people on the front lines, and they provide treatment for parents and children.

The difficult missions' doctor

Marino had treated the children in different parts of the world during the war, where he went to Afghanistan during the war there, and went in 2003 to Iraq in the war led by United States against Saddam Hussein.

In this regard, Marino said that he works as a volunteer in the war places and needs more doctors

Marino appealed to all specialties doctors to come to help the people of North Syria and Afrin in particular.

He criticized the European policies

"I am from Europe and I criticize European politics because they do not take into account the suffering of this people, they are still steadfast," Marino said. "This is the dirtiest war I've ever seen, these people who pay the price of world trade, and this is shame on Russia and other parties.

Finally, Marino called for the immediate cessation of wars, that an entire generation will be destroyed.
