Kobanî people bid farewell martyr Şoreş's corpse

Hundreds of people gathered at the Martyr Dijla Shrine to receive Şoreş Kobanî's corpse whose real name is Mustafa Hussein. Şoreş Kobanî martyred while he was performing his military duty in Kobanî city.

Members of the Democratic Autonomous Administration's bodies, members of civil institutions, representatives of the Democratic Society Movement, the Democratic Union Party and the fighters of the People and Women's Protection Units attended the ceremony.

As the corpse of the martyr arrived at the shrine, the funeral began with performing a military parade performed by the People and Women's Protection Units. Then, speeches were delivered by the deputy of the Defense Body in Kobanî canton Nebo Tamo, and the co-chair of Kobanî's canton Mustafa Eto. The speeches commemorated all martyrs of freedom who were martyred for the construction of a free life and the consolidation of the democratic nation's project and peoples' fraternity, and pledged to walk on the path of the martyrs until they would achieve their goals for which they sacrificed.

Furthermore, the corpse of the martyr was bid farewell amid chanting the slogans which salute the martyrs and the Resistance of the Age in Afrin.
