Material Damage due to Turkish occupying bombing on Ashma village

Turkish occupation army conducted reconnaissance planes over western villages to a depth of 2 km inside the territory of Kobani canton on Sunday, Turkish army then targeted the citizens with several shots of their sniper stationed near the tomb of Suleiman Shah in the village lands.

Minutes later, the occupation army shelled the village with several shells from BMB armored vehicle, in which the Self-Defense Forces fighters rushed to protect the people in safe shelters.

The shelling focused on the village as well as one of the military points of self-defense fighters in the village, while Turkish army until the moment through snipers targeting the fighters and people, while the heavy weapons to the military points in front of the village, while the self-defense forces did not respond to the bombing, for the village's security and considered that Turkish army have done "provocative" operation.

Violations of Turkish army did not stop at this point, but they jammed the communication networks, where the village has been witnessing since Sunday, a break in the mobile phone network.

Ibrahim Othman, from Ashma village, said that they had difficulty moving freely between houses in the village due to the firing from the Turkish side.

Earlier, several times the Turkish army targeted the village of Ashmeh with dozens of missiles, while the People's Protection units responded to the fire.
