Hundreds of Deir ez-Zor youths joined SDF

This is the 27th course which is graduated from the Martyr Abu Leila Military Academy in Kobanî canton in the Euphrates region. The course was named the Martyr Zinar Serê Kanîyê.

239 fighters from Deir ez-Zor joined the course which lasted for 20 days, during which they received military lessons.

At the ceremony, the fighters presented a military parade, followed by delivering a speech by the commander of SDF Zab Qaramogh, in which he congratulated the fighters for their finishing the course. Zab Qaramogh praised Deir ez-Zor people’s role in defeating terrorism in cooperation with their forces after they have suffered from IS mercenaries’ practices.

Zab Qaramogh called on the fighters to be watchful in protecting their people and land from any risk that would threaten the security and stability of the area, and to follow the footsteps of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the dignity and honor of the peoples of the area.

After that, the fighters swore the military oath, and pledged to defend the soil of this country without hesitation.

In an interview with ANHA agency, the joined fighters expressed their full readiness to protect the people of the area, calling on the youths of the area, especially the youths of Deir ez-Zor to join the ranks of SDF and defend their land.
