Commemorating martyr Aziz Arab, opening stadium under his name

The ceremony was attended by members of civil institutions and Democratic Society Movement. The ceremony began by holding a minute of silence and several speeches were delivered on behalf of the Martyrs' Families Council, Democratic Society Movement and the Council of al-Shadadi district.

The speeches noted that the martyr Aziz Arab is a model of the culture of co-existence between the Kurds and Arabs and that Rojava Revolution and northern Syria is embodied today in the personality of the martyr Aziz Arab.

In the same context, the Sports Union in al-Jazeera region opened a stadium in the district of ​​al-Shadadi in the name of the martyr Aziz Arab, where the ribbon was cut by the players of the sports team in al-Shadadi.

The co-chair of the Sports Federation of al-Jazeera canton, Silava Taher, said that they had opened the stadium in the name of Martyr Aziz Arab because he was an example of Rojava revolution and north Syria.

 The martyr Aziz Arab is the first Arabic martyr who martyred within Kurdistan Freedom Movement.
