Al-Jazrat municipality is working to improve service reality

People's municipality in al-Jazrat has been opened since 1/11/2017  is still ongoing serve the people inorder to improve theservice and living conditions Most of the municipality's sections (technical, control, transportation, catering, health, water) work at full capacity.

Since its opening, the municipality has operated 11 water pumping stations along 70 km in the town and its surrounding villages, to solve the water problem in many areas.

Where pumping stations were carried out (Jazrat al-Bo Humaid, al-Mellaj al-Badia Abo Khasha, Jarwan, al-Kobar, al-Kasra, al-Hermoush, al-Sagir, al-Saa'i, Safira and Mahmida(.

In addition, the municipality did a garage in al-Jazrat towwn in order to improve transportation and raise the burden on the citizens. It also granted 300 licenses to transport passengers from al-Jazrat  areas in North Syria (al-Hasakah-Qamishlo –al-Taqba ) and also to other Syrian cities. Between al-Jazrat and al-Raqqa .

The team works in cooperation with all the committees in the municipality to suppress abuses and stand in front of the spread of random stalls, and also follow the ovens and the quality of bread.

The officer supervises the violation of the buildings contrary to the organizational chart. The technical office also oversees the provision of building permits, and has granted 76 building permits so far.

The Municipality received two tractors from the Municipalities and Environment Body of al-Jazeera  canton with the aim of removing rubbish from the streets of al-Jazrat town , and the bulldozing of dirt and barricades that had been developed by IS gangs .

The municipality also opened the public road connecting between Jazrat and al-Kobar which had been closed for some time, and the road was repaired according to the possibilities.

In the context of the co-chair of the municipality of al-Jazrat Raja al-Abd they are taking into account the implementation of projects in the next time, the establishment of a fair and landscaping, restoration and repair of all gardens in the carrots, the establishment of slaughterhouse, and opening the market al-Hall for the sale of vegetables and food.

In addition, Raja said that they will work to repair the damaged roads, pointing out that they need some mechanisms such as "Turks, dump, packer to dig water lines, power crane to repair the network."
