Celebration, planting trees in Manbij on Ocelan’s birthday

 MANBIJ -Members of civil and military institution in Manbij city attended the celebration as well as hundreds of residents. The celebration began with a minute of silence followed by speeches on behalf of the Martyr's Families Council by the member, Hasna El-Zaher, on behalf of the Young Woman by the Administrator Committee of the Young Women's Committee, Mariam al-Khalif.

At the beginning of the speech, the words congratulated Ocalan on all peoples eager for freedom according speech of Hasna El-Zaher. "Ocelan sacrificed for the liberation of peoples from injustice and fought for that purpose with his thought and philosophy that illuminate the path of peoples to reach freedom."

For her part, Mariam al-Khalif, saluted the struggle of Ocelan in his prison on Imrali island. "The Turkish state follows all illegal and inhumane practices against Ocelan, but it has not been able to extract its ideas and philosophies from the people. And to support the women of the world to prove their will and their presence in society."

Mariam at the end of her speech pledged to continue the struggle and resistance in order to liberate Ocelan and achieve a decent life.

After finishing the words, the member of the Women's Council, Hevin Mohammed, performed a song about the leader of the peoples, Abdullah Ocelan, and his resistance, "Resistance of the Age" in Afrin and the solidarity of North Syria with "Resistance of the Age."

After that the trees have been planted by the people in the garden.
