AL-TABQA -About a week ago, al-Tabqa city council has launched a campaign of donations for Afrin, who were displaced by Turkish aggression, which began on 20 last January and resulted in the martyrdom of more than 260 civilians and injuring more than 700 in an attack with Russian help and international complicity represented by silence about the killing of innocent civilians with NATO weapons.

The first convey of donations by the people of al-Tabqa city and al-Jarniah and al-Mansura towns, included quantities of medicines used in first aid, such as serums, as well as some medicines that treat children diseases and chronic diseases such as the treatment of diabetes medicine. Turkish aggression led to the displacement of more than 200 thousand civilians were forced to leave Afrin for fear of the genocide that was to be overrun by

Turkish occupation army and the groups of IS and Jabhat al-Nusra who participated in the brutal attack on Afrin.

This aid was provided by al-Tabqa, despite the fact that they suffer from a shortage of medicines, based on a humanitarian principle.

It is expected to launch other batches of aid of various kinds to reach to Afrin people in the near future from al-Tabqa and various cities in the north of Syria.
