At least 12 people were killed in different incidents and under various circumstances across several areas in Syria over the past 24 hours, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
In the city of Homs, one person was killed following violent clashes between the Internal Security Forces affiliated with the Syrian Interim Government and an armed group in the area between Tadmor Roundabout and the Al-Dahiya district, on the southeastern outskirts of the city, after an ambush was set for them.
Additionally, four people were killed in a shooting incident on the outskirts of Al-Mashrafah city in eastern Homs countryside.
In Raqqa city, a young man was shot and killed in the village of Western Al-Salhabiya in the countryside of Raqqa, following a personal dispute with another individual that escalated to the use of firearms.

In Hama city, an armed gang of four men carrying automatic rifles stormed the home of a civilian in the village of Al-Ma’sarah, in the Wadi Al-Ayoun subdistrict. They abducted the man, took him outside the village, and then executed him by firing squad.
