Young man killed and another injured by Turkish border guards' bullets in Serêkaniyê
A young man was killed and another was injured by Turkish border guards, "gendarmes", while they were trying to cross Syrian territory towards Turkey from the occupied city of Serêkaniyê.
Young man from the town of Al-Kashkiya in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor was killed and another was injured after being sniped by the Turkish border guards, during their attempt to cross from Syrian territory towards Turkish territory from the occupied Serêkaniyê region.
The Center for Documentation of Violations said: “The young man, Muhammad Ali al-Gharb al-Issa, from the town of Al-Kashkiya in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, was killed by Turkish border guards. And also the young man, Ali al-Khalaf al-Laji, was also injured while they were trying to cross into Turkey from the city of Serêkaniyê, and they were directly targeted with deadly bullets.”
