Yazidi Community Coordination: Turkish state commits war crimes in its aggression 

In its statement, the Coordination of the Yazidi Community in Europe noted the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on Rojava, through which they violate the morals of war and human values, and indicated that these attacks target the democratic project of the peoples, which it sees in equal life, peace and freedom among peoples. The statement also denounced the commitment to the international powers were silent in the face of the attacks being launched, and said: “This silence cannot be understood and accepted in any way. They are using the battles in Southern Kurdistan with the Kurdistan Freedom Guerilla as an excuse to launch attacks on Rojava. Thus, the inability of the occupying and fascist Erdogan government has become apparent.”

The statement continued: “Defending the Democratic Autonomous Administration region, which made a stable and secure democratic life in Syria possible, is not only a duty for a society or a force, but at the same time it is a duty for all forces working in the name of humanity. It is the duty of all of us to stand against these attacks. The Autonomous Administration defeated a brutal organization like ISIS, and built on the basis of its will a social and environmental life and a demand for freedom for women in its place. On this occasion, we call on our people, the general democratic and advanced world public opinion, and all responsible international forces to do everything in their power and take the necessary measures, to support and protect Rojava. Especially since it is a matter of status and dignity for the Yazidi community, our community must resist and mobilize all its forces.”
