The women's revolution led by Syrian women in North and East Syria represented hope for all women in the region in light of their exposure to attacks by the male mentality and its hostile policy against their existence in life, so many women gathered around it and provided support and assistance to it by organizing many activities and events, after they learned about the thought and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, who played a major role in her entry into the work.

In this regard, Tamam al-Awda, a resident of the city of Ain Issa in the Euphrates Canton, said that the meaning of women's liberation is profound; It means liberation from male thought and enrichment with her thought, and this is what Leader Abdullah Ocalan emphasized through his thought and approach, as he relied on the women's revolution and made it the basis for changing the methodology of society as a whole.

She added: "Now we Arab women need enlightened thought and a methodology that brings about a change in the mentality of our societies more than before; because we live in a struggle of existence or non-existence, and waves of colonialism and occupation, and war is trying to eliminate our revolution and break our will."

Tamam al-Awda relied on her work in serving her community through the service work she works in (member of the Agriculture Directorate) and her performance of work that was the exclusive domain of men in the past, and her ability to prove herself in the field of work.

While San'aa al-Awad said: "The thought and philosophy of Leader Abdullah Ocalan played a major role in liberating us after we were marginalized for many years, as women entered all fields of work, even political and military ones, after they were previously a tool for service in the home," noting that liberating thought must be in the correct form, which is obtaining their rights and knowing their duties. .

Al-Awad noted that women have become important and play a major role in developing society, especially after the Rojava Revolution in northeastern Syria, in which women were pioneers, and then participated in all fields.
