Women from Derik: Resistance on path of Leader Abdullah Ocalan is our duty

The people of the North and East of Syria region continue their calls to end the system of torture and genocide imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali prison by the Turkish authorities, this comes in conjunction with the entry of the international conspiracy of February 15 against it into its 27th year.

In a meeting with a number of women from Derik, they confirmed the continuation of their activities to achieve the physical freedom of the leader, and pointed out that the international community and humanitarian organizations ignore the violations to which he is subjected.

Adherence to the approach of struggle

In this context, Qana Haji denounced the system of torture and genocide imposed on Leader Abdullah Ocalan, stressing: "Enough with these oppressive policies, the leader must be released immediately, and we will continue our struggle in his approach until his physical freedom is achieved."

As for Halisa Haji, she pointed out that the Turkish state is demanding that the Kurds lay down their arms, asking: "How can we trust the talk of a state that continues to torture our leader and impose isolation on him?"

For her part, Khana Abdullah Hussein stressed that Kurdish women derived their will from the thought of Abdullah Ocalan, who gave them a leadership role in society, and added: "We are the students of the leader, and it is our primary duty to continue the resistance in his approach, and we will not retreat until his physical freedom is achieved."
