“We will defeat the Turkish occupation with our will”

Reactions continue denouncing the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on the North and East Syria, which has escalated the pace of its attacks on the region since January 23.

Citizen Ahmed Badin from the city of Kobani confirmed that the Turkish occupation state is trying, through its bombing of vital facilities in North and East Syria, to displace its people, and he said: “But (the Turkish occupation) does not know that this people, whose sons and daughters struggled and were martyred for the sake of defense, is "They will not take a single step back from the region and will continue to defend their land."

As for citizen Laila Jumaa from the city of Kobani, she expressed her steadfastness in the face of the Turkish occupation attacks, and said: “We do not want water or electricity, but rather we want to live in dignity and freedom, and we will never leave our land, and the attacks of the Turkish occupation state on our regions will not intimidate us, for it is (Turkey). Since its inception, it has had a bloody mentality that seeks to exterminate peoples aspiring to freedom, but we will defeat it with our will.”

For his part, citizen Badr Muhammad, a resident of Manbij canton, denounced the attacks of the occupying state on North and East Syria, and considered them to destabilize the security and stability of the region, which lives in a state of calm and security, unlike the rest of the Syrian regions. He stressed that the people of North and East Syria stand alongside the Syrian Democratic Forces in confronting these attacks.

For her part, Fatima Bako from Manbij canton expressed her steadfastness in the face of the attacks, and said: “We will remain steadfast in the face of the Turkish war machine, and we will never leave our land.”

Citizen Khaled al-Hussein, also from Manbij canton, pointed out that these brutal attacks by the occupying state target all components living in North and East Syria, and called on them to escalate the struggle to stand up to them.
