Video captures Turkish bombing of civilians’ homes in Duhok countryside
The Turkish occupation army bombed the homes of residents in the village of "Kafne Miji," located in the Amadiya district of Duhok in South Kurdistan, yesterday. The incident was documented by camera footage.

According to the Roj News Agency, the Turkish occupation army directly targeted the homes of villagers in "Kafne Miji" on Thursday.
A video published by the agency shows the moment the Turkish army struck one of the houses in the village.
According to available information, the bombing resulted in the complete destruction of one of the village homes, with no further details reported.
The agency documented that the Turkish occupation army has launched more than 1,500 attacks since the beginning of April.
The attacks targeted around 20 regions and villages, most notably: Khakurk, Arggen, Kani Sark, Zivk, Gare Kun, Derish, Mej, Kirkash, Yekmal, Gare Zankel, Serê Metina, Beshili, Shilaz, Garê, Bahar Hill, and Amadiya.
The Turkish army used heavy weapons, artillery, shells, and drones, in addition to targeting some areas with chemical weapons. This led to the destruction of civilians' homes and properties, the bulldozing of agricultural lands, and the forced displacement of residents.
This escalation by the Turkish occupation army comes at a time when the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) announced a unilateral ceasefire following a peace appeal made by Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the democratic community.
