Two children were injured when Israeli forces opened fire on a group of civilians in the village of Jamla, located in the Yarmouk Basin area of western Daraa countryside.

According to SANA, the shooting occurred while a number of local residents were in the area, resulting in injuries to the two children. No further details were provided regarding their medical condition.

The countryside of Daraa and Quneitra has witnessed increasing Israeli military activity, including repeated incursions and gunfire, amid ongoing security tensions in areas close to the border.
