Terbespiyê people: Gerîla protects region peoples' rights
The people of the city of Terbespiyê expressed their confidence in the Gerîla forces, in preserving their rights despite all the challenges and attacks launched by the Turkish occupation state on the defense areas of the city, and affirmed their support for their sons and daughters in the People Defense Forces.
With the increasing attacks of the Turkish occupation army on the defense areas, and the collusion of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Baghdad government with the occupiers in launching the attacks, the people of the city of Terbespiyê in the NESyria region confirm that the Gerîla forces are the sons and daughters of the region and have made sacrifices and are still making for the rights of the Kurdish people and the rest of the components.
Mustafa Khalaf said: "The Gerîla forces, which adopted the thought and philosophy of leader Abdullah Ocalan, have been working for more than 40 years to spread freedom and democracy in the region, so the Turkish occupation state confronts them with all kinds of weapons, even internationally prohibited."
He added: "Turkey should sit down with the Gerîla forces at the dialogue table and solve the Kurdish issue, and end their occupation of all areas instead of going on war, because they have been fighting the Gerîla forces for 40 years and have not benefited anything."
And added: "The Gerîla forces are gathering the sons and daughters of all components of the region, not just the Kurds, around the democratic nation project put forward by leader Ocalan."
For her part, citizen Lama'a Khalil said: "The sons and daughters of the region joined the Gerîla forces because they are the only force that protects the rights of the components of the region, and the best example of this is their support for the Yazidis in Şengal and the components of Rojava and the support of the Kurdish people in Bakur Kurdistan."
She said also: "We support these forces and are confident of their victories over the Turkish occupation state and those allied with them must return to the national approach instead of dealing with the occupiers."
Khaled Khalaf said, "The Gerîla forces protect the rights of all the peoples of the region, and sacrifice for that, and they have military experience, approach, thought and strong philosophy, so we are confident of their victories."
He added: "I am the brother of 2 martyrs, and we are ready to make more sacrifices in order to protect the gains of our martyrs and stand against the policies of the occupation."
