SDF targets base on Qaraqozaq hill in response to occupation crimes

Today, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces issued a statement to the public opinion about the ongoing Turkish occupation attacks on the NE Syria region during the past 24 hours, and its response to those attacks, which read:

" In response to the ongoing brutal attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against our people in north and eastern Syria, our forces conducted yesterday an operation targeting the bases of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on the Qaraqozaq hill resulting in casualties among their ranks. However, the exact number of injuries remains unknown.
Meanwhile, Turkish occupation warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes targeting the villages of Al-Tineh and Ghasaq, as well as Saifi Hill near the Qaraqozaq Bridge, causing material damage to civilian property. These airstrikes were accompanied by indiscriminate and intense shelling with heavy artillery, tanks, rocket launchers, and mortar shells on villages of Al-Tineh, Ja’ada, Bir Hisso, Ghasaq, Dekan, Melha, and Al-San’a, along with Saifi Hill and Qaraqozaq Hill. More than 60 shells were landed on the mentioned villages, resulting in significant destruction of civilian homes and properties.
Additionally, the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continued shelling the vicinity of the Tishreen Dam throughout Monday night and into Tuesday. The Turkish UCAVs targeted hills near the village of Khirbet Al-Zamala, while other Turkish UCAVs strike the dam’s structure, causing material damage.
At approximately 3:00 PM on Tuesday, Turkish occupation warplanes launched an airstrike on the town of Sheikhler / Al-Shuyoukh, west of Kobani, causing material damage. Later, at 6:45 PM, another airstrike targeted the village of Ahmed Mounir, near the town of Sheikhler, but the missile landed in agricultural fields, causing no significant damage. Turkish UCAVs remained active in the area throughout the day.
Furthermore, Turkish occupation warplanes and UCAVs continuously patrolled the airspace over the town of Ain Issa and its surrounding countryside throughout the day on Tuesday."
