SDF repel mercenaries attacks on Kobane fronts

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) confirmed that their forces repelled attacks launched by the mercenaries of the Syrian Interim Government on Sarin, Abo Sarra, and Khan Mamed, destroying their vehicles and forcing them to retreat and withdraw.

The Syrian Democratic Forces' media center reported that "during the early hours of Tuesday morning, between 3:00 and 6:00 AM, the Sarin front south of Kobane witnessed two successive attacks by Damascus-backed factions, which our forces repelled with great courage and skill."

It added that "the clashes on that front resulted in the destruction of a large number of their military and armored vehicles, and the death of those inside them."

On the Abo Sarra front, the center indicated that "our forces launched a precise strike against one of those factions' convoys, forcing it to retreat and flee."

Another advance attempt was also repelled on the Khan Mamed village axis southeast of Kobane, where the enemy "suffered heavy blows that thwarted its plan and forced it to withdraw."

The center affirmed that "our forces, the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Women's Protection Units (YPJ), are ready to confront any aggression and will continue to defend our people and our land with determination."
