SDF refute claims of transitional govt., its official media

In a statement, the SDF said: “The Damascus government, through the so-called Aleppo Council and its official media, is deliberately fabricating and circulating a false and fabricated report about an alleged shelling of Al-Razi Hospital in the city of Aleppo, in a blatant attempt to mislead and distort the facts.”

The SDF dismissed the transitional government’s allegations, stating: “We categorically affirm that Al-Razi Hospital was not targeted in any way. What is taking place is a blatant and systematic incitement aimed at covering up the real crimes, while dozens of documented video clips clearly show artillery and tank shelling carried out by Damascus government factions against the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods and other areas.”

The forces added: “Such behavior reveals the authorities’ disregard for the truth and their use of falsehoods as a political tool to justify their attacks.”

The SDF also pointed to field evidence that confirms the falsity of the narrative promoted by the transitional government’s media.
