Samir Ali Oso: we shall continue holding torch of liberty lit by Martyr Khabat

The Deputy Minister of Defense in the Syrian Interim Government for Eastern Region Affairs, Samir Ali Oso (Sipan Hamo), paid tribute to the martyr Khabat Derik in connection with the anniversary of the July 19 Revolution. In an article published on "X" social media platform, the Deputy Minister of Defense in the Syrian Interim Government for Eastern Region Affairs, Samir Ali Oso (Sipan Hamo), pointed out that during the anniversary of the July 19 Revolution, everyone remembers the martyr Khabat Derik with admiration and loyalty because he was one of the ones who held the torch of liberty.

He stated that the present stage continues the same path, indicating their dedication towards passing on the flame of freedom handed down by the martyr Khabat Derik, so that it would continue to burn brightly and intensely, but without wavering in their defense of the people, the land, and the dignity.

He noted that the unity of the people in the region would continue to serve as an element of strength and steadfastness, indicating that the promise made to the martyrs would be fulfilled and continued, and that loyalty to their sacrifices would mean striving to safeguard the gains of freedom.
