Role of Intellectuals in revealing betrayal of KDP

 Intellectuals from the cities of Al-Jazera Canton shed light on the attacks of the Turkish occupation and the role of the KDP, as well as the role of intellectuals in exposing the approach of treason.

 The member of the Union of Intellectuals of Al-Jazera Canton, Muhammad Bashir from the city of Hasaka said that the Turkish occupation state has been attacking the Kurds and opposing them since Lausanne agreement until now, stressing that the occupation does not accept any form of Kurdish presence, even if it is on the surface of the moon.

 Al- Bashir pointed out that the occupation state sees the achievements of the Kurds as a threat to its existence, that is why it works by all means to obstruct dialogue and Kurdish unity, and stands in the way of any rapprochement that would unify the Kurds.

 Al- Bashir added, "The enemy of the ancestors will not become the friend of the grandchildren," highlighting: "This cooperation does not serve the interests of the Kurdish people, and has a negative impact on the Kurds wherever they are, and also exposes their gains to danger."

 Muhammad Bashir called on the Kurdish forces to return to their history, language and culture and to unite together.

  " The Kurds must stand up to treason and work for their homeland, language and history" he added.

 While the writer and member of the Union of Intellectuals in Al- Jazera Canton, Azhar Ahmed, considered the attacks as a continuation of the war of extermination against Kurds.

  " The Turkish bases were strategically built  to fight all the Kurds" Ahmed said.

 The member of the Union of Intellectuals of Al-Jazera Canton called on the political parties and intellectuals in Southern Kurdistan and the nationalists to stand together and reveal the truth about the Turkish occupation to public opinion and support their forces and their cause in the face of anyone trying to destroy Kurdistan.

 As for the member of the Union of Intellectuals in the city of Tal Tamr, Radwan Khalaf, he confirmed that the Democratic Party has become a tool of the Turkish occupation and has paved the way for it to occupy the lands of Southern Kurdistan.

 Khalaf stressed the role that intellectuals should play in exposing the approach of treason, holding them responsible for educating the Kurds and urging them to stand up to the treason targeting the gains of the Kurdish people.

In this context, he criticized the weak role of intellectuals in Southern Kurdistan and called on them to engage more in exposing the treason of the KDP.

 The member of the Union of Intellectuals in the city of Darbasiyah, Saud Maish said that the history of the Barzani family is full of treason, and today this family is committing  treason against the Kurdish people.

 Maish confirmed that the Democratic Party has turned its forces (the Peshmerga) into a compass for the Turkish occupation army.

 Maish called on Kurdish intellectuals in Southern Kurdistan to stand up against treason, and said that they must expose the truth about the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
