Lebanese health: 466 killed and 1,438 others injured due to Israeli attacks
Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon have resulted in 466 deaths and 1,438 injuries, as reported by the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
Today, the Lebanese Ministry of Health disclosed that 466 individuals lost their lives and 1,438 others were injured due to the Israeli airstrikes and bombings targeting various villages in southern and eastern Lebanon.
In a statement, the ministry stated: Following the Israeli aggression against Lebanon, the overall health emergency report until June 9, 2024, indicates 1,438 infections and 466 fatalities.
Hashem Haidar, the head of the Southern Council in Lebanon, detailed the damages in southern Lebanese villages and towns resulting from the Israeli bombings. He emphasized that the financial losses have reached approximately $1.7 billion.
Haider informed the media that the damages include 3,000 housing units completely or partially destroyed, 12,000 units heavily damaged, and 20,000 units with minor damages. The total estimate of the damages stands at $1.7 billion.
