Peoples' Democracy Party (HDP) MP Omer Ocalan announced that he met with leader Abdullah Ocalan inside Imrali Prison on Monday. In a post published yesterday on his account on the X platform, Omer Ocalan said: "Today, we, as a family, met with Mr. Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali Prison. Mr. Abdullah Ocalan affirmed his adherence to hope and his decision regarding the issue of peace and a democratic society. The leader was also quoted as saying: "The participation of all segments of society is vital to ensure the smooth running of this process."

Leader Abdullah Ocalan, who is being held in Imrali Maximum Security F Prison, met with his representative Mazlum Ding and his nephew, the Peoples' Democracy and Equality Party (DEM Parti) MP in Reha, Omer Ocalan, as part of the family visit, according to the Firat News Agency (ANF).

Hamili Yıldırım, Omer Hayri Konar, Ergin Atabay, and Zeki Bayhan, who are imprisoned in Imrali, also met with their families as part of the same visit.
