Kurdish Call for Solidarity with NE Syria

 During a press conference in the headquarters of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in the city of Sulaymaniyah, the delegation of "Support for the People in the Kurdistan Region" expressed its position on the attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on NE Syria.

 At the beginning of the press conference, the member of the Autonomous Administration Representation Board, Fatahullah Hussein said that "Turkey seeks to complete its expansionist project by occupying the city of Aleppo."

 Hussein stressed that the "hostile policy" of the Turkish state "threatens" the future of the Kurdish people, calling on the Kurdish parties to unite to confront these challenges.

 "We demand the opening of the Faysh Khabur and Semalka crossings to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and logistical support from the Kurdistan Region to western Kurdistan and the besieged areas," Hussein said.

 Bakhtiar Mustafa, the member of the "People's Support" delegation warned against repeating the scenario of the occupation of Kurdish areas by the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation.

"These groups are an extension of ISIS, and they are now trying to repeat the same plan to eliminate the Kurdish entity in Syria, " Mustafa said.

 Mustafa called on the United Nations and international organizations concerned with human rights and democracy to take a clear position against the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.

 He also called for urgent intervention to stop the massacres of the Turkish occupation.
