Kobani women: Leader Ocalan represents hope, freedom for all peoples

Thousands of women took to the streets of Kobani in a large march organized by the Kongra Star, under the slogan: “The Time Has Come for the Physical Freedom of Leader Apo.”

The march began from the Free Woman’s Square in the city center and moved through the main streets, with participants carrying photos of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and flags of Kongra Star, chanting slogans such as “No Life Without the Leader” and “With Our Soul and Blood, We Sacrifice for You, Leader Ocalan.”

The march stopped at Martyr Robar Square, where the participants held a moment of silence in honor of the martyrs of freedom.

During the march, Magda Hesso, a member of the Kongra Star Coordination in the Euphrates Canton, delivered a speech emphasizing that “the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan is the key to solving all issues in the region. The people have organized themselves according to his ideas and philosophy, which calls on everyone to demand his freedom.”

Hesso added that “Leader Abdullah Ocalan represents hope and freedom for all peoples, especially for women, and he is the solution to the unresolved issues in the Middle East.”

This march is part of a series of events taking place across the regions of North and East Syria. Similar marches have been organized in Hasaka, Qamishlo, and Aleppo, all demanding the physical freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and affirming his role in achieving peace and democracy in the region.
