An Israeli bulldozer and military vehicles entered the area on Wednesday through the newly established gate west of the town of al-Rafid in the Quneitra countryside. They began clearing a road within the buffer zone, amid military activity and deployment in the area, and no information of clashes or casualties has been received so far.

On Tuesday, an Israeli patrol consisting of two tanks and three military vehicles entered an abandoned military barracks in the village of Rasem al-Halabi in Quneitra, a move that heightened tensions in the region.

This incursion is part of a series of ongoing incursions by Israeli forces into South Syria, particularly in the Quneitra countryside near the buffer zone.
