Israeli forces make incursion into Saida al-Golan village in Quneitra countryside 

An Israeli force made an incursion this morning into the village of Saida al-Golan in the southern countryside of Quneitra, where it set up a temporary checkpoint on the main road leading to the village and conducted field interrogations of two shepherds.

ANHA correspondent reported that a mechanized Israeli force entered the village of Saida al-Golan in the southern Quneitra countryside and established a temporary checkpoint at the village junction before proceeding toward the Al-Hanout area.

The correspondent added that the force detained two shepherds and questioned them on the spot before continuing its movements in the area.

On July 2, Israeli forces had shelled the land situated between the village of Bariqa and the town of Kodna in the southern Quneitra countryside with three artillery rounds, causing damage to agricultural land but resulting in no casualties.

Areas in the Quneitra countryside occasionally witness Israeli military movements amidst ongoing tension along the disengagement line.
