The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that those arrested included one young man from the town of Saida al-Jolan and two from the town of Jubata al-Khashab.

In northern rural Quneitra, Israeli forces blocked the Hader–Taranja road near the Sawana area and sealed the town’s entrance with earth barriers and barbed wire. Military vehicles and bulldozers were also spotted near the entrance from the Taranja side, while residents were prevented from leaving. The duration of the closure remained unclear.

In the Hanout farm area, residents appealed to the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) to intervene and halt incursions and measures restricting their access to grazing lands. They also stopped a UN convoy passing through the area, calling on its members to convey their demands and concerns to the relevant authorities. One official in the convoy pledged to relay their concerns to the responsible officials.

In a related development, around eight vehicles belonging to the United Nations and diplomatic protection entered the city of Busra al-Sham in eastern rural Daraa before heading towards its eastern outskirts. No information was available about the nature or purpose of the movement.
